We’re Expanding! New Job Opportunities at Codex

We have some exciting news!

Already one of the largest suppliers of office solutions to both the corporate and government sectors in Ireland, we have ambitions to expand even further this year!

2016 is proving to be an important year for the company. We’re looking to improve our all-round customer experience and we’re growing both our online and offline teams to help us achieve this.

In line with our expansion plans, we’re pleased to announce that we have three new job openings in the company:


Content Specialist

Are you an avid and talented Excel user? Do you have at least one years’ experience in maintaining and updating large product files (>20,000 products)? Do you have a background or 3rd level qualification in IT systems or a relevant field?

Then we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking to expand our online team with a Content Specialist in line with our investment in our online service for Codex customers.

The main focus of this role will be on improving the user experience of our online ordering system (easyorder) by maintaining and customising our bespoke catalogue of products (a general understanding of the office supplies niche would be a bonus!).

The role involves but is not limited to assisting in the setup of online accounts, integration with third party platforms and replying to customer queries generated through easyorder.

We’re excited about enhancing all aspects of our online offering and we’ll be needing a customer-focused individual to help us drive this forward.

Credit Controller

Do you have 2-5 years’ experience working in credit control? Do you have excellent telephone, Excel and organisational skills?

We’re looking for a experienced credit controller to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will have full responsibility for collecting debt on assigned ledgers. Typical duties include compiling weekly/monthly reports, dealing directly with customers and sales personnel to resolve payments, as well as allocating cash and tidying up our accounts.

Warehouse Operative

Do you have previous experience working as a general operative in a busy warehouse, or able to give examples showing initiative in a previous role? Are you positively minded and able to work as part of a busy team?

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to help manage our planned expansion by maintaining a quality service and performing to company KPIs.

Typical duties include stocking and packing products, processing customer requests, picking, packing and preparation of deliveries and maintaining a safe work environment.
